The available room is in a four bedroom house at number 66 St Mildreds road. The house is shared with a PGCE student, a working postgraduate and a fourth year student..all honestly very friendly and easy going people, average age of 22.

The room is large (upstairs), with plenty of cupboard and storage space.
Rent is £245 a month which doesn't include bills but the internet (Virgin Broadband) is paid for by the fourth year's work company.

The house has a lounge, a bathroom (toilet, bath and shower), a seperate shower room, and a kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Out the back of the house is a locked brick shed with plenty of room to store bikes safely.
