We are 2 friendly working girls who are are looking for a nice couple to move into our pretty 3 bed house, replacing another couple who'll be moving out soon, we need a couple because its too expensive for just three of us. £350 includes rent for both people, white goods, big screen tv, virgin media, sky movies, internet & phone. Gas, electricity & water are quarterly and split 4 ways, so its usualy quite cheap :) The room is seperate from the other bedrooms , the house has two bathrooms(one bath one shower), large livingroom &dinning room, large kitchen and pretty garden. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Deposit of £260 is needed on 23rd November, first rent not requied until 23rd december, other couple moves out 7th December but their rent is paid till 23rd Dec. We are looking for a couple who are friendly, easy going, and responsible(good sense of humour is always a plus), its a warm and friendly household so warm and friendly people would fit in perfectly. We have to make a decision by the 22nd November so time is of the essence.
