Chef De Partie required for privately owned Fine Dining Restaurant with Rooms. The Head Chef is looking for a talented Chef De Partie with good all round skills to strengthen the kitchen team of 8 currently working towards 2 Rosettes

The Head Chef and his team serve traditional Modern British Cuisine many of the dishes are available as Starters as well as Main Courses or Tapas Style, menus change frequently and are backed up by daily specials boards to make the best of local produce.
