The house is fully equipped with all mod cons - Sky, Broadband, Washing machine, Fridge Freezer, Microwave etc.

I'm looking for a professional non-smoker, who's nice, friendly, social, respectful, clean & tidy. Rent is 320 a month, all bills included.

Me and my girlfriend are professinal, easy going sporty types who have just bought the mid-terrace property on Hotblack Road, just off Dereham road. The house is half way between UEA and City Centre.
