Outbound Sales Advisor

There'll be lots of leads and enquiries for you to follow up in this key role at our busy call centre, as well as demanding but achievable sales and retention targets to meet.

However, in generating income, your primary focus will be to provide our customers with a truly outstanding level of service - balancing their needs with the needs of our business as you explain all the choices available and provide appropriate recommendations.

Development is at the heart of all our activities - developing our customer offering, and developing the people who deliver it. This means we'll give you all the product training you need to succeed.

So a background in insurance, while being an advantage, is certainly not essential. However, you will need proven sales experience, ideally in financial services, along with lots of initiative, great communication skills and a resilient and persuasive approach.
