I have a 3 bed house on 3 levels, lovely area very close to Anglia Square, 10 min walk from city, close to brilliant schools all within walking distance.

House itself is as follows:
Ground Level: Small Toilet and Large kitchen (big enough to fit a large 6 people table in
1st Level: HUGE living room (please mail me if you'd like measurements) Very large balcony (again if you want measurements please ask and 2 large storage cupboards
2nd Level: Nice sized bathroom with brand new bath and smaller balcony
3rd Level: Medium Bedroom, Large Bedroom and box room (just big enough for a double bed) All with built in wardrobes.

Decorating is not good to be honest, living room and 2 childrens rooms are fine but the rest really needs a lick of paint although i would be happy to do this before an exchange took place.

Likewise i dont really care about the decorative state of the house you may be offering, i simply want a 3 bed house in either Earlham or Bowthorpe (though will consider elsewhere) with a GARDEN not bothered about the size but with a 2 and 3 year old its essential to me.
