We have a double bedroom within a 5 bedroomed student house on Gipsy Lane, close to the UEA at £65 pw including all bills.
At the moment there are 4 girls living in the house and they would prefer another girl to complete the house.
The room contains all furinture; inc bed, desk, wardrobe, draws and bookcase. This is a massive room in a lovely house- nothing like a student house at all. It is kept extremely tidy too.
We are looking for someone for a 12 month contract, with rent paid monthly at £260.
