Professional Indemnity Solicitor – Norfolk – RD-2539

Our client, a growing full service legal 500 firm are looking to expand their Professional and Financial Risks Team to facilitate the continuing growth of the firm’s highly regarded offering

Based within a team of specialist solicitors, the caseload will cover professional negligence issues for a wide range of Professions clients including Architects, Accountants, Surveyors, Doctors, Insurance Brokers (including Lloyds) and other Professions


Duties and Responsibilities:


To provide high quality advice to clients across the professions with regards to professional negligence work
Draft correspondence, Agreements and responses as required
Act as a point of reference to other staff and departments on negligence issues
Liaise with partners / associates on technical cases
Assist senior partners within the department with high level and technical cases
Undertake Secondments as required in other locations
Attend marketing events with other members of the team


Skill:


A qualified Solicitor with exposure to Professional Indemnity and Financial Risks cases
High level communication (both Written and Verbal), Negotiation, Litigation, Networking and IT Skills
Experience of working on-site with clients and conducting own advocacy would be highly beneficial
Able to build relationships with clients quickly
