A sensible, well rounded, normal person with a sense of humour needed to replace our housemate who is moving due to her job. Under 35 would be good, either a professional or mature student. Girl preferred to keep the dynamics.

Must like cats (we have a 9 week old kitten) We're sociable professionals and our hobbies include cleaning the house on a Saturday night, filling the dishwasher, gardening in the rain, decorating and washing the neighbours cars really early on a Sunday morning. We're clean living christians, who live like monks, never drink, smoke or participate in illicit activities, never play music and always go to ned before 10pm :o)

The room is an inclusive furnished double with built in wardrobe and shared bathroom. The rest of the house has large kitchen with all built in appliances. Large lounge with sofas that swallow you up, full package skyHD with large plasma, study/2nd lounge, downstairs toilet, 3 more bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, long driveway, garden which is not overlooked (not much use in the winter!?)

The room is available from the 1st December, all bills are inclusive including, Gas and Electric, TV, Council tax, wireless internet, SkyHD, the rent is 325per month for a minumum of 6 months.
