One of the people we live with finishes his degree this year so we are looking for someone to fill the room. Our house is a mixture of ages from 21 - 26, a mix of smokers and non-smokers. The room is a single. We are a sociable flat and most of the time we tend to all be in the living room or garden.

The house is a large detached house, around 15-20 minutes walk to UEA and a 3 minute walk to the local shop and 21/22 bus route. We have a nice medium size garden with a bbq, a large living room, good size kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with a huge corner bath in one!) and 5 Bedrooms. There is also a space at the front of the house for bikes and/or car parking if you need it.

We are a mixture of males and females so either is welcome.

Please come round and meet us and have a look at the house, the house is available officially from the 1st of august but there will be a room available sooner if you require.

Bills include heating, water & tv license tend to come to around £15.00 a month each, this varies throughout the year depending on how much heat we use!

We also have high speed cable internet and this works out a £75.00 a year.
