Job Role - Local Pharmacy Manager:
Responsible for the smooth running of the pharmacy lead business, this is a challenging role for a professional Store Manager with a passion for the healthcare industry.
The role will be based within a small, local pharmacy driving sales and delivering excellent service for the community.
Responsible for running a team of staff, you will be ensuring that store standards are maintained and you will be involved in the recruitment, training and development of personnel. You will be responsible for maximising store sales and adhering to store budgets and meeting profit targets.
Key Attributes - Local Pharmacy Manager:
- Fully qualified pharmacist
- Experience within healthcare retail
- Retail management experience, either as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or General Manager
- Working knowledge of payroll and cash handling
- Capable of delegating and leading
- Excellent track record of achievement: maximising sales and achieving / surpassing targets
