Sainsbury’s is a leading UK food retailer and their priority is to improve the quality of the shopping experience within its stores. Sampling execution within store is key to driving extra sales and enhancing the customer experience

What does this role involve?
As Team Manager you will be employed by Cosine, responsible for liaising with your stores, developing the business and tactically managing a team of 34+ Branded Sampling colleagues. This will be achieved through:

• Self motivation
• Effective store relationships
• Previous man management experience
• Team player
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ensuring staff have full brand and product training

You will be required to cover an area including the following postcodes:
