Hi there, we have a large spacious 4 bed house on the Three score development and have 1 single or 1 double room to rent.

Both of the rooms are fully furnished with a bed (single in the single and double in the double) curtains, carpets,a wardrobe, desk with a chair and some draws and there is a large family bathroom which you would have full use as we have our own en-suite. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and jacuzzi bath.

The house has wireless broadband, dishwasher, garage, back garden, ample parking, is 2 minute walk from the bus stops and a 15 minute walk to the UEA/Hospital or 5 minute walk to Bowthorpe shopping centre which has all the necessary shops.

We have hosted numerous students and renters since we have lived here and ideally would prefer someone respectful, fairly quiet, tidy and a non smoker.

We are both a young working couple that travel quite a bit and have friends over occasionally.

The single room would be £320 a month and the double would be £360 per month including all utility bills except phone use. This can include food if you wish for an extra fee. We would require a deposit of 1 months rent up front which is fully refundable when you leave.
