Bi-lingual Sales Manager

My client is looking to expand and develop their European Market by recruiting a Sales Manager to build relationships with new and existing clients within France, Italy and other countries as deemed necessary.
We are looking for the right candidate to be pro-active in obtaining new customers directly and via field agents, by utilising your marketing skills to acquire and retain new customers in key sectors;
Key Responsibilities;
- Liaising with the agents and direct customers regarding all new and existing projects
- Motivating and encouraging pro-active selling via the agent and on a direct basis
- Attending exhibitions and organising customer visits abroad
- Active data management from agents and direct customers interfacing with the companies software systems
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and integrate quickly within the existing sales team
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing in French or Italian, both will be a preference
- Flexibility and versatility skills needed to attend exhibitions and travel abroad unaccompanied
- Proven background within a sales environment and managing customer accounts
- Pro-active approach to developing relationships and business to overseas clients
