We're looking for someone who has a good sense of humour and is reasonably tidy to share our fairly large end terrace just off Drayton Road, about 15 minutes walk from the city centre. The room is on the ground floor and quite sizeable, and furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The house has a washer-dryer, a fridge-freezer, wi-fi throughout, a reasonably-sized film collection and an Xbox 360. There's also a small spare room, and a bike rack in the garden which has loads of room to take advantage of the BBQ. And there's a big park right across the road.

There are three of us living here; Claire, who loves dancing and trashy TV, Bethan, who's an LSA and loves a good cuppa and Martin, who's Claire's boyfriend and a DJ at the Waterfront. We're really nice, honest. And tidy. And two of us are really good cooks. There are also our pet rats but they mostly stay in their cage! And they're very cute.
