One of the largest providers within their industry, this company have had an exciting position open up due the growth of the business we are looking for a IT Help Desk Advisor to support all users across multiple sites with a mixture of workstations, ranging from PC's, Laptops and multiple functional machines.

About the job

The types of problems being reported will relate to Hardware, Software, Network and Technical Administration. You will be expected to resolve the majority of support calls reported to you and the team.
* Record all problems reported to you via the companies internal logging system
* Where possible come to an immediate resolution for the customer either by telephone support or by using the companies remote login and take control of their computer
* To build and rebuild PC and laptops as required

About you

* You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL server 2000 or 2005, Microsoft Exchange 2007 is also desirable as is knowledge of PC and Network related problem solving techniques
* Be able and flexible to work on a rota basis to provide out of hours back up and support
* You will have admirable communication skills with an itching desire to excel in your career.
