I have a one bedroom bungalow and my bedroom's to rent (I sleep in the sitting room). Shared kitchen and wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath).
water and electric included in rent (providing it's reasonable), train to Norwich costs £5.60 before 8:45, £4.60 all other times.
I have a dog, so must at least like animals, and I don't have a home phone, so it would be a good idea to have a mobile.
Quiet area, pub close by, train station within 2mins, to Lowestoft and Norwich
