Night Shift Coordinator
£15K - £16K
Evening Shift: 5:00 – 12:00 Sunday to Friday
The role will involve supervising a team of 5 pickers and packers sorting fresh produce for delivery next day.
Key responsibilities:
Supervisory experience
Picking and packing
Loading and unloading vehicles
Quality control
Person:
Proven ability to lead a team
Flexible
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills
Be physically fit
Own transport is essential
Self motivated and able to work unsupervised
