The room is in a well renovated terraced house on a residential road with little traffic. It is 15 minutes walk from the City center and 7 minutes from Anglia Square. It is close to the main bus connections to the UEA, bus station and railway station. Just 2-3 minutes away is a small Tescos and an excellent health food shop as well as fast food outlets, so easy for shopping.

I work from home with an import business. My husband who works away, visits occasionally, so the house is not too chaotic! I have nice neighbours and its a good area.
