One double room in a very large five-bedroom house will be available now. This room has a double bed, a bookshelf, a computer desk and one larege wardrobes. The large house has a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a large nice garden, enough multi-car parking space and four receptions: one large lounge, one dinner room, one sitting room (A large TV with free-view channels) and one entertainment room with a Snooker table. It's 15min bike from JIC and a bus stop in front of the house to city centre. 5min walk to the No12 &24 bus stop to university and JIC. The double room is 270 per month without bills. The bill will be 30-40 pounds per month per person including TV licence, telephone rent line, 8M wireless broadband, water, electricity and Gas (This bill counts just for one person per room and excludes the council tax). You will share the house with one PhD students, one professional and two UEA students.
