General Maintenance Person - Self Employed

District: Norwich

Wage: £80-£90 Per Day (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Between 8am-5pm

We are seeking to recruit a General Maintenance Person to work alongside our Property Development team to provide a variety of building and maintenance work.

Applicants must have a good knowledge of joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and other associated maintenance tasks. Applicants must be self motivated with a pro-active attiude towards work. Experience is essential, as is a commitment to high standards of completion.

Own transport and tools are essential.

Please note this position is on a self employed basis.
