About the job
* You would be working within a vibrant team ensuring that all lettings are managed efficiently.
* You will get to grips with internet sites being responsible for regularly updating them with new lettings.
* Manage all incoming monies from rentals.
* Play a vital role in general administration and clerical duties, helping the business run smoothly.
* Creating a variety of documents and liaising with both internal and external contacts, ensuring everyone receives first class service.
About you;
* Have previous experience in lettings or property management
* Have the gift of being able to communicate at all levels and sell face to face and over the telephone
* A stickler for accuracy and paying attention to every little detail.
* You will take pride in your appearance and show strong communication skills.
* Organisation is key; you will be reliable and punctual ready for anything that comes through that door.
