About the job
You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within a fast paced, highly enthused Outbound Sales Team.
Whilst providing leadership, coaching and support to the team, overall your remit is to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the businesses strategy and vision.
Responsibilities:
*Developing a robust sales strategy for your team to ensure that company sales, goals and objectives are simply thrashed
*Monitoring and developing the performance and development of the Sales Advisers ensuring that each one is treated as a true individual
*Preparing action plans for the staff to cover both business and personal objectives
*Growing the knowledge base within the team in terms of product knowledge, sales training and coaching
*Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales
*Conducting one-on-one review with all Sales staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of their performance
*Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and brand guidelines at all times
*Handle your own recruitment
About you
*We are looking for an impressive portfolio in terms of management, leadership and guidance ideally within a call centre or customer service environment however this is not essential
*You will have the natural ability to embrace individuals and ensure that they flourish under your leadership and guidance
*Having a persuasive and charismatic approach you will be a person who can not meet targets but simply thrash targets.
*Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
