House itself was renovated in 2006, with all mod-cons: washing machine, microwave, oven, large fridge freezer etc etc. Bathroom: bath and good shower. New boiler so always hot water.

we have Virgin TV, wireless internet and telephone.

Also a living room with all the usual.

Bills include council tax (currently £30 pp pcm, but likely to go up!), virgin (int, phone, tv - usually around £10 pp pcm) and then the usual gas and electricity which comes in quarterly. Water and sewage is fixed price for the year (works out at £50 for 6 months).
