We have two options available.
1st option £80 PW / £320 PM - Choice of Two bedrooms available on the middle floor. With this option you will share the bathroom on this floor with one other lodger, and there will be not sitting room/ lounge.
2nd option £450 – you will get the whole floor – two large rooms to use as you like – i.e. one as a bedroom and another as a lounge. You will also have sole use of the bathroom on this floor.

With both options you will have full use of the kitchen with separate fridge freezer and cupboard space, use of garden yard. Rent is inclusive of reasonable bills. Rooms can be part furnished if required.

No smokers, pets considered. Students welcome. Deposit and one month’s rent upfront.
The property will be undergoing cosmetic renovation, this should cause little or no disruption to lodgers and is reflected in the rent.
