I have a room to rent for roughly 8 weeks in a house in Guernsey Road, Norwich. There is no council tax to pay, just £5 electricity per week.
The house is very basic and needs lots of work, hence the cheap rent and minimal bills.

Period of rent is up until the end of June. The location is central, close to the city centre, shops and bus stops.
