I'm a tidy, non-smoking female student who needs a home from 1.9 onwards. I will be moving either alone or with my partner so a double room would be nice. We don't know if he'll manage to get a job in Norwich by then so the room needs to be affordable for one person if I'm moving alone. Neither of us drink much and we don't smoke at all.
