This is a large friendly flatshare with four other flatmates in their 20's and 30's all of whom work - though applicants of any age are welcome. The rental price includes all bills. The flat is fully furnished with a good sized eat in kitchen, it has TV and DVD, dishwasher and is in good, modern condition throughout. The double room available has basic furniture ie bed, wardrobes, chests etc.

Please note, for those who don't know, that Dereham is situated about 10 miles outside Norwich. Unfortunately my mortgage lender forbids me to let to DSS applicants. Applicants must have their own verifiable income source.
