I’m a very clean and tidy person and like my house to be well kept but I am not too overbearing, I just expect people to clean up after themselves and chip in with their fair share of the housework.
I am ideally looking for a long term tenant, staying for a minimum period of 12 months. I require:

2. All rent paid in advance.
3. A signed letter from a relative, friend or employer who would agree to act as guarantor for the payment of your rent in the event that you defaulted on your payments.
