Hi, I am a young professional female offering the right person a double room at the front of the house. It has a king size bed, a chest of drawers, a fitted cupboard, wooden flooring and wooden blind. In general the furnishings throughout the house are of a high standard with all new modern appliances fitted throughout (Inc Internet and TV connections).

The house itself is situated just off Unthank; 10 minutes from the city centre and close to local amenities and bus routes.

I like bands such as REM, Patti Smith, Pearl Jam. I’m not keen on clubs and dance music but I do like to support my local pub. I enjoy travelling, swimming and visiting the beach, especially as summer is nearly here.

I want someone laid back, reliable, considerate, and independent, preferably female.
