Professional couple looking for a nice home, city or rural, old or new property.

Would like a modern, fresh and light interior. We would prefer a private landlord as we have one at present amd it works really well for all involved. The property would be treated as a home, we are not looking for a short stay, we are looking for a long term let.

We have a beautiful well behaved black labrador that is house trained, an outdoor living cat that we never see apart from dinner time so would also like a garden and again the garden as well as the property would be looked after as if it was our own.

We are both working professionals, I work as an Editorial/Business Development Manager for an International Media Company and Ash works as a Supervisor/Project Manager for a National Business Relocation Company.

We can provide excellent, work,personal and current landlord references when required.
