About the business:
My client is the UK leader within their field who has the ultimate brand and reputation, recently celebrating the growth and success of 2009 after continuously winning new business accounts and buying new businesses they are now looking to add to their HR Department by recruiting a HR Officer to join the team to work strongly on mentoring and advising line managers and working on up and coming projects.
About the Job:
This is a new, exciting and challenging role within the company of which definitely offers variety, each day will be different and each day there will be something new thrown at you.
* Dealing with HR queries on a daily basis over the telephone, face to face and over email. Ranging from Long Term Sickness, Occupational Health, Grievances and much more.
* Updating and developing companies policies and procedures
* Taking ownership and managing through HR Projects
About you:
* You will have HR experience at an advice level, possibly looking to take the next step into a more varied and challenging role
* Have experience and knowledge of HR Laws, Policies and Procedures
* CIPD is not a necessity, so if you are currently within your first HR Role and looking to move up to the next level or you are looking for a more varied role and looking to utilise and develop on your current experience we would be keen to see you.
