We are situated in a rural location, close to the thriving historic market town of Aylsham, only a few miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast and the beautiful city of Norwich. But - please don't be fooled by our rural location - we do get very very busy
We are owner run and have worked extremely hard to build a regular clientele that keep returning for our fabulous food and service, and 6 lovely en-suite rooms. We are seeking to employ a single person who would share the same sort of passion for our business - we would hope an applicant would stay well into 2010.
Individuals that have thrived with us before have tended to have already worked in the UK for a while, and have some knowledge of the uk food and drink industry, and been bright and creative, independent people who are at home in a small but busy team. We are in a very rural location, but get incredibly busy, so you would need to be customer focused when serving meals and drinks as well as working in the kitchen. We are more of a restaurant than a pub.
