The flat is breathaking, top floor, huge living room and very large balcony with TV etc, bathroom with shower/bath, all new fittings. Bills are very cheap between four and the room up for rent is unfurnished, so a bed would be required, there is also parking.

Rent is £275, council tax is £46 and bills cost approx £40 a month or less depending on the time of year.
