Very quiet location with lovely neighbour - house is down a short shingle drive. Plenty of parking including own driveway and shed large enough to work on a car inside it if you are into that.

Pub with great food, bus stop (15 mins to central Norwich), shop/PostOffice, park and good school all less than five minutes walk away.

Will be very sad to leave it but need a 3 (or more) bedroom house due to increasing family needs. Looking anywhere from South Norwich through to Wymondham/Mulbarton/Newton Flotman line on a map, though the right property not far outside that would still be of interest.
