My client a well established and highly respected construction contractor have an urgent requirement for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their maintenance division. Key tasks include but are not limited to ensuring invoicing and valuations are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any commercial risks, maximising the companies cash position and ensuring target margins are achieved. To be considered for this role you must have recent experience as a small/minor works Quantity Surveyor in a contractor environment, you must also have the ability to be systematic, approachable, through and logical.
