The Resourcing Group is a UK Based specialist recruitment agency dedicated to serving the housing sector.

Due to our increasing reputation in the public sector, we urgently require a Housing Project Manager to work on a permanent basis in the Great Yarmouth area.

We are interested in hearing from candidates who have a supported housing managerial or supervisory background and have specifically dealt with supporting young mothers. Experience and knowledge of supporting people and every child matters is essential, and the commitment of covering an out of hours service is also essential.

- Overall management of a mother and baby supported housing project including;

- Co-ordinating the provision and monitoring of agreed support services,

- Negotiating and implementing Independent Living Plans with the client group,

- Preparation for move-on procedures in conjunction with external agencies,

- Accountability for all operational activities and ensuring a high quality of service provision.

- To adhere to and regularly monitor and evaluate the Hear By Right framework, ensuring the active participation of young women in all aspects of the work.
