Taverham 3 bed end house, want near City Centre
We have a 3 bed semi detached house in Thorpe Marriott, Taverham.
Very good area. With a mix of private and Housing Association homes
(ours is Wherry HA) .
Taverham high school is 10 minutes walk.
Large enclosed front and back gardens, with off road parking. Our
drive at side is big enough for 4 or 5 cars. Nice modern fitted
kitchen with room for a dining table.
Upstairs & downstairs loo. (The Gumtree map location is wrong, we are
on Marland Rd).
At the back of the house, leading from the lounge, we have a modern
double glazed conservatory. This in turn leads to a red brick weave
patio and BBQ area. There is also a garden shed.
At the end of the back garden, away from the house, we have also had
built a large 16' x 8' studio/workshop. This building is fully
insulated, timber clad, double glazed, with mains electric. I use it
as a studio, but it could be a playroom, extra bedroom or whatever..?
We are looking for two or three bed property in Norwich City Centre or
very near city centre. We are only moving to be closer to family.
Willing to consider two bedroom, smaller garden. But must have off road parking.

Please don't be put off responding to this ad again, even If you
replied to our ad before and received a negative. The situation has
changed. We have had the whole summer wasted by two different time
wasters we agreed an exchange, then subsequently pulled out at the
last minute.
