100 covers indoor seating
80 covers al fresco

Average 1500 covers per week and a busy summer season trade

Fantastic opportunity to join this award winning team of dedicated chefs. Our client is very well known within the area for offering fantastic Rosetted food on a ‘volume’ scale, offering menus compiled using local fresh produce, meats and seafood.

Working in a brigade of 12, on a section as necessary. The position of Chef de Partie offers excellent working conditions and career development prospects.

Experience Required : A suitably qualified Chef de Partie with, ideally, a 1/2 Rosette background. The successful candidate will possess passion for both food and high standards.
