My client a well established and highly respected construction contractor have an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their maintenance division. Key tasks include but are not limited to ensuring invoicing and valuations are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any commercial risks, maximising the companies cash position and ensuring target margins are achieved. To be considered for this role you must have recent experience as a small/minor works Quantity Surveyor in a contractor environment, you must also have the ability to be systematic, approachable, through and logical.
