ITEC Diploma in Reflexology
You will need an Anatomy & Physiology qualification to do this course e.g. ITEC/VTCT. Nurses may be APL’d (depends on qualification and date obtained)

We have an evening class for anatomy and physiology starting in September. Thursday evenings - every other week.

ITEC was founded in 1973; their syllabus is the result of over forty year's experience. Its diplomas are recognised by both the medical and educational professions.

The course will include project work
and case studies and runs over 8 months.
You will be able to join the AOR upon completion provided you do more case studies.

 Contra-indications and reactions to treatment
 Client care. Treating the individual
 The reflexology treatment
 Study of common complaints and how reflexology can help.
 Structure and conditions of the feet /hands.
 Hand reflexology.
 Holistic consultation.Therapeutic relationship
 Counselling skills
 Professional presentation
 Holistic approach/ Integral biology
 Referral procedures
 Introduction to other therapies
 Importance of Nutrition
 Voluntary and Statutory Support Services
 Code of Ethics and Practice
