Myself (Louise 29 years old Occupational Therapist) and my house mate Dan (31 years old, teacher) are hoping to find a new housemate!
The house is hall entrance, lounge, seperate dining room, large kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Three bedrooms and shower room upstairs.
The garden is a good size and a sun trap - fully kitted out with table, chairs and shed!
The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills except the phone (a pretty good deal at the mo - the way prices are going)
We're easy going people and are hoping for a housemate who is the same - house trained and tidy too
The house is non-smoking and no pets I'm afraid.
Men and women can apply however we are looking at the 25 - 35 age bracket.
