The house has three bedrooms, kitchen, combined lounge and dining area, conservatory, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and toilet, front and rear gardens and single garage. There is free parking adjacent the house.

Spixworth has good links to the city centre with car, bus, cycling and walking being the available options.

I am 23 and live in the single room, while my sister and her boyfriend occupy the other double room. I work as a professional quantity surveyor and am looking for a working, clean and outgoing house mate.

The monthly rent is £320 pcm inclusive of all bills (water/gas/electricity/council tax etc).
