single room 3 min from Uea, in family home for female lodger. (£60 pw)
we are a family of two young girls of 11 and 13 and myself living in quiet a large masionatte.
we are very friendly, outgoing and fun, we love music,drama, growing veg, cycling, reading, being outside, animals and people. we also like our space and are quite quiet. We have lived abroad many years and the children are biolingual, we often meet with friends and they are always welcome home. Your friends would also be welcome too.
We have wireless broadband, a cat, and hopefully soon a rescue greyhound.
we are vegetarian, very concerned about the environment and involved in the youth group, the Woodcraft Folk.
You should be a female, like myself non smoker and someone who feels at home around young people, we in return are very used to community lifestyle, are out most of the time and will be very respectful of your space.
bathroom has brand new shower fitted so just waiting for me to finish the painting.
As the room is not massive the rent is cheap.
This would suit a pg/mature student or someone at the UEA as we live on it's doorstep but we are only 10 minutes from the city on bike, 20 on the bus.
we live right next to the lovely Eaton Park.
