WHAT I HAVE:
2 Bedroom ground floor maisonette situated in the Golden triangle area of Norwich (NR2) So pretty close to Chapelfield Shopping Centre. Permit Parking for 2, GCH and double glazing. Large rooms and a small paved garden/balcony out the back. Shops are literally next door with pharmacy, chip shop, cafe, launderette and Jenny Lind park...Great area!
Upstairs there is 2 good sized bedrooms, bathroom and lounge.
Downstairs there is Toilet and Kitchen plus plenty of cupboards!
WHAT I WOULD LIKE:
MUST be 2 bedroom! HOUSE or BUNGALOW ONLY PLEASE!
With some sort of parking, a small garden, a kitchen/diner.
