Double room in a modern house ten minutes walk from city. Great pubs nearby. Two prof females already live here but are easy going and don't mind male or female as long as you're easy going. We don't party during the week but don't mind things going on during the weekend. Also we have fab BBQ's during the summer... Need I say more : )
