Commercial Underwriter
A further exciting opportunity has arisen within the Underwriting department of this major insurance group.
As an experienced member of the commercial team, you will contribute to the profitable development of all commercial business through underwriting, monitoring and analysis of various accounts' performance.
You will be expected to underwrite both new and existing business within your own delegated authority mainly for combined package policies to the broker/intermediaries market.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Commercial Underwriting Manager. You will develop and maintain underwriting standards and will possess up to date knowledge of Commercial Combined Package and Liability risks.
