Billy, 7 year old cockatiel. Lost from Bacton on 3rd August 2009

Billy is a rescue bird, he is easily frightened, but very affectionate. He makes several distinctive noises. He is scared of hands and feet, but will probably land on your head if you're very still and quiet.
