Have put this up as a single room as it only has a single bed in it. Would quite easily fit 2 people in. £350 is for single occupancy of the room, right now the boring stuff is out of the way...

2 bedroomed flat, sharing with myself and my boyfriend (both 21, young professionals). I have cats, if this is a problem please don't contact - they were here first.

I have a garden and ample on street parking, oh yeah, and a small shed. Right next to UEA, brilliant routes for bus etc.

Short term leases, preferably 1/2months at a time.
