Points of Light Healing Practice

Spiritual healing is described in the NFSH Healing Trust Code of Conduct in the following way - “Spiritual healing is restoring the balance of body, mind and spirit of the recipient. It is a natural, non-invasive, holistic approach that has the intention of promoting self-healing, to bring a sense of well-being and peace to the recipient”.

Spiritual Healing, can assist your body and emotions to heal. The natural wisdom of the body will use the energy in the most appropriate way. The healing takes 30-40 minutes, but allow about an hour for your visit in total.

Whether you chose Reiki (the Japanese form of spiritual healing), Egyptian Cartouche (Egyptian spiritual healing), or NFSH Healing Trust spiritual healing, the benefits are always positive.


Thai Foot Massage

A real treat for your feet! Thai foot massage is similar to reflexology in that it uses the same reflex points on the feet, but the difference is that these reflexes are stimulated with the hands and a wooden Thai acupressure tool. The massage also includes the lower legs up to the knees, for an all-round foot massage which is both relaxing yet stimulating. A massage takes an hour.
